Service Early Warning: Instanta products are built to last, but for times when maintenance is needed, our unique LCD displays or coded service lights give the user plenty of warning. Protect yourself and your equipment from hard water: Many places have a hard water supply. Check with your local water supplier or ask Instanta. Bristol, Brighton, Hartlepool, Milton Keynes, Norwich, Southampton and Poole have proved to be particular black spots. Although the mineral deposits do no harm to your health they can damage your beverage making equipment if you do not fit scale reduction technology. We therefore strongly recommend that you invest in scale reducer or food quality softener. The protection afforded to your equipment will soon turn the initial expense into an economy.
Instanta Guarantee: Please note we cannot guarantee against problems caused by customer misuse, insufficient water pressure, high water pressure or hard water limescale. Tap springs are subject to wear and tear and, whilst we will be pleased to replace these springs free of charge during the guarantee period, we will only send engineers to change them on pressure boilers.
